VR - Airboat Driving Experience

Airboat Driving Experience is a relaxed PC VR experience: you drive an airboat across a Florida sawgrass marsh. You sit in the driver's seat and grab real sticks with your hands. The left stick is the throttle and the right one steers, and a red button by the seat starts the engine. Open it up and the bow lifts as the boat comes up on plane. Push through tall grass walls that bend and flatten in your wake, or cruise open channels past lily pads and water plants.

Pick your time of day (Morning, Noon, Dusk or Night) and, if you like, let the day keep moving forward. The weather changes on its own, from clear skies to rain and passing storms. Mornings bring low mist, and you can watch gusts of wind ripple across the water.

The marsh is alive around you:

• alligators;
• wading birds, sandpipers and ducks;
• frogs calling from the lily pads;
• dragonflies;
• fish under the surface.

There's no goal and no timer. It's just you, the boat and the marsh.

Requirements: Windows PC with a PC VR headset (Meta Quest via Link or Air Link, or any other OpenXR headset), and two motion controllers.
